To make these sausage and egg hearts first you have to cut a sausage in half while leaving a bit of it uncut. Afterwards bend the sausage and bring its two ends together to form a heart shape. Secure the ends with a toothpick so that the sausage is not deformed. Make more in the same way. Then take some oil in a pan and add the sausage hearts to it. After some time add eggs to each heart shape and let it cook on medium heat. Put the lid on pan so that the eggs are cooked from above too. Once the eggs are cooked serve them with salad or bread whatever you like. Bon appétit!
