To make these beauteous rose bud bread rolls first of all you have to prepare bread dough by using either your favorite recipe or the recipe you find the easiest. Once the dough rises and becomes almost double in size roll it into a disc and cut sectors as shown. Roll each sector into a ball and roll it flat once again. Make four cuts in it but make sure to leave the center uncut. Then put a ball of filling made with sugar, ricotta cheese, ground almonds and orange zest in the middle. Overlap all the four parts over each other to form a rose bud. Make more and pop them into the oven until golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and flaked almonds and enjoy with tea. Happy baking!
