You are going to need 9 chandelier crystals by selecting the colors of your choice, a small zip clutch, glitter, a handful of preset rhinestone, Mod Podge, painter’s tape, E6000, a toothpick and a plastic container. You can select a clutch from your existing collection but if you are planning to add it as a permanent investment then it would be better to get a new one to match with the colors of the chandelier crystals. Now select a flat surface and gather all the materials and start by pouring the Mod Podge into a plastic container. Put same amount of glitter into the same plastic container and mix them well. Applying the glitter on the clutch will require you to tape the areas on which you don’t want to apply the glitter. So use the painters tape accordingly on the specific areas. Make sure that you are putting the tape into all the nooks and crannies. Apply generous amount of glitter and add another layer as soon as the first layer gets dry. When the second layer got dry, you can start attaching the chandelier crystals by applying the glue directly on the back of the crystal or by using a toothpick. Before you start with attaching the crystals, it would be better to check the pattern so that you can make sure how you want the crystals to be attached. Make a row and attach them by fanning them out from the center of the clutch. The larger pre-set crystals have to be applied above the pattern. You can add any additional accoutrements to the clutch according to your choice and let the clutch dry for at least 24 hours. Now your diy chandelier clutch is ready to use and it is a perfect bling to go with any outfit!
