To make this cheesecake first make crumbs of choc ripple and mint slice cookies and then add butter while processing the crumbs and layer this mixture in a cake tin. Then beat cream cheese in a bowl and add peppermint essence and green food color. Add chopped chunks of aero chocolate and whipped cream and fold. Now put this mixture over the set and refrigerated layer of crumbs. Once the cheesecake is fully set spread chocolate ganache all over it and then decorate with chocolate bars, biscuits and aero mint chocolate. Serve chill. For more details visit phoodie.
