To make these cute crispy turtle bread rolls first you have to knead bread dough. Set aside some part of the dough for making head and legs. Then divide the whole dough in small balls. To make each turtle first flat one ball and put another in its center. The flat dough covering half of the ball is the shell of the turtle. Make marks on its top with knife and then make legs and head. Make more turtles in the same way and brush them with beaten egg before popping into the oven. Bake until they are golden and make eyes with chocolate in a piping bag.
If you want you can also add green food color to the shell part of the dough. Happy baking!
