For making the sauce of these lasagna cups first saute chopped onion, bell pepper, zucchini and garlic in olive oil. Add cooked minced beef and tomato puree. Cook on a low heat for about 30 minutes. Make a cheese sauce with herb and cheese cooking cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese along with one egg and some pepper. Then line a muffin tin with lasagna sheets and make layers of sauce, cheese filling and cut lasagna sheets. Top with grated cheese and herbs. Bake in the oven until done.
