To make these swan cookies first you have to make cookie dough. After that roll the dough and cut discs with a cookie cutter. To make each cookie fold a dough disc in half. Make three cuts in it in different lengths but make sure the first cut is straight and the lower two cuts are slanting. Now curve the strip created from the first cut to become the swan’s neck. Gently curve the lower strips too. Brush the swans with egg and make their eyes with black sesame seeds. Bake in the oven until the cookies are done.
