To make this tantalizing no bake snickers cake first make a pudding by putting 2/3 cup cornstarch, 1 cup sugar, a pinch of salt and 6 cups of milk in a food processor. Put these ingredients in a pan and keep on stirring on heat until the mixture is thickened and also add vanilla essence to this mixture. Divide it in two parts. Add 3/4 cup dark chocolate to the first part and 3/4 cup peanut butter to the second part. To prepare caramel sauce, add 1 cup sugar to 6 tablespoons of water and stir the mixture to dissolve the sugar on medium flame. Once sugar is dissolved turn the flame high and let the mixture bubble until it becomes light golden. Add 4 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup of heavy cream to it and carefully stir the bubbling mixture to get the sauce ready. Also prepare a ganache with 2/3 cup dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon double cream, 4 tablespoons of sugar, some water and mini snickers bar chunks. To make the cake line a cake tin with foil and brush with melted butter. Then add a layer of ground graham crackers. Pour a layer of chocolate pudding followed by another layer of graham crackers. Pour another layer of peanut butter pudding followed by graham crackers. Keep on repeating these steps. On the top pour the caramel sauce. Then pour ganache and top with snickers bar chunks. Drizzle chocolate and caramel on top. Chill in fridge and your tempting snickers cake is ready. Enjoy!
