You will ½ cups of each of them for these 24 ice-cream truffles. At first, you will need to line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place it in freezer for 15 minutes. Now use a small cookie scoop with spring action release and you have to scoop ice cream balls onto the chilled and lined baking sheet. When you have scooped out 24 balls, return the tray to the freezer and let it stay for 30 minutes. Next, you have to roll balls in the toppings which should be done really quickly and then gently press the toppings into t hic cream.
